I don't use anything else now for longer runs and rides. I can stomach sweet stuff beyond about 20 miles, but I can use mountain fuel all day without any issues. It also encourages me to drink as its so easy to drink and tastes great. The science side of things seems to hold up too, great for energy levels and hydration, even when running ultras

I was given this energy drink during a marathon and found it excellent; it’s now a must in my long run kit. It tastes great, isn’t sticky and is easy on the stomach. Highly recommended.
I have been using this for quite some time and it is just right. Palatable regardless of distance and doesn't upset my stomach. Another staple that I don't go without.
I discovered Mountain Fuel at an event I did some years ago, the recovery fuel is amazing, the difference between being about to walk down stairs the day after a trail marathon / ultra and not! I usually take one before I race and one after, both seem to work wonders - no stomach issues and my muscles really seem to benefit.
Thought I'd try something different from my normal fuel (which I find is fairly tasteless and produces a fair bit of wind!).
MF contains everything you need from an ingredients point of view and the taste is great. It quickly dissolves without leaving a clump at the bottom of the bottom. Found energy levels didn't flag as much as normal during a marathon at a pace 60 mins faster than my normal slow pace. No stomach issues either or after tastes coming to the surface
Side effect is it makes you pee seem as if you've swallowed the liquid in glow sticks (yes I've done it, don't do as I do kids).
Will I get some more, once my pack is empty? Yes I will. Very happy with purchase
Love this before bed after a hard day of training, tastes like a hot chocolate whilst giving me the best recovery!
Although a neutral flavour, Raw Energy still has a great taste, it doesn’t claw in the mouth like some products meaning it’s easy to use on long rides, not leaving a sticky and unpleasant after taste. Have been using 750ml/hour over 2-2.5hr rides and find that it maintains energy levels throughput the ride.

Not being a fan of orange/berry sports drinks I have struggled in the past maintaining electrolyte levels during long runs and races - often resulting in cramp. This neutral option hass solved those problems for me. A pleasant slightly salty/sweet taste rather than tasting just like plain water, that you could easily add a bit of squash to if you wanted it flavoured encouraged me to keep my hydration levels up adquately with excellent results. And to have it available on course during the Snowdonia Marathon Eryri was an added bonus. Excellent product.
Big fan of the strawberry recovery fuel. A great treat for when you get back from a long run, in a blender with milk to get a lovely frothy milkshake that you have to try to keep away from the kids until you've polished it off. So decadent! But saying then, i've also mixed this in the early hours in a budget hotel room stirring into a pint of milk with a naff tea stirrer to then decant into a steel bottle for someone to pass me on the race finish line. So nice and all the good stuff you need for recovery!
