Morning Fuel Banana Flapjacks

Pre-heat oven to 180 (Fan oven)
Mix the following together (feel free to tweak and adapt to your taste)

Packet of Mountain Fuel Morning Fuel
275g of oats
50g sunflower seeds (we used organic) as an alternative you can use chia seeds
50g pumpkin seeds (we used organic)
60g raisins (again organic) as an alternative you can use cranberries
2 to 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 to 2 mashed bananas (depends on size and taste)
30g of butter
Up to 6 table spoons of pure Maple Syrup (or your favorite equivalent – just try and avoid 100% golden syrup)

Flatten down into baking tray at your desired thickness and bake for a round 15 mins.

Allow to cool, cut up into small squares and store in fridge.

We would suggest that you keep portions small (a few bites worth) and wrap in tin foil. Great source of top up energy while on the go, the Morning Fuel will help with digestion and slow the release of energy down.
