Us runners are a funny lot sometimes…

We’ll be that keen to get out of the door and go on a run that we’ll decide to just skip the warm up… then get surprised when we get injured.

Yep, that’s most of us!

I’ve never been much of a ‘warm up’ person, I think it comes from being a kid and being able to go from standing to sprinting without any danger of injury.

And although we can’t really help you if you decide to skip your warm-up, we do have a different way that you can keep yourself warm and snug before and after your run…
